Game Sheet 101

Game Sheet Information

All that is required on game sheets is:

  • game information (game number / date / time / location / teams / age group / division)
  • team rosters for each team
  • coach and manager information
  • All goals, assists and penalties
  • referee information (and signatures)

Please fill out the game sheet with ballpoint pen only, black or blue ink.

 

Game Result Reporting in RAMP

The “HOME” team, as shown on the CDLA website schedule, is responsible for uploading and entering the game sheet in RAMP within 24 hours.

The "VISITING" team, as shown on the CDLA website scheduleis responsible for verifying that the information the home team entered is correct. 

For U7

  • record game information (game number / date / time / location / teams / age group / division)
  • enter team rosters (players, coaches and manager) for each team
  • DO NOT enter goals, assists or penalties 
  • upload game sheet 

For U9-U17

  • record game information (game number / date / time / location / teams / age group / division)
  • enter team rosters (players, coaches and manager) for each team
  • enter goals, assists and penalties
  • referee information (and signatures)
  • upload game sheet

Please note:

If any major penalties were assessed, the game sheet MUST be emailed to CDLA immediately at results@calgarylacrosse.com.  This is so the discipline committee can review and report on any applicable incidents promptly. 

 

Exhibition Games Played in the CDLA area

Complete the Exhibition Game Online Request form and select referees. 

 

Exhibition Games Played outside of the CDLA area 

Fill out the Exhibition Game Online Request form and select no referees. 

Game sheets for all exhibition games played inside and outside of Calgary must be entered into the RAMP registration system by the team.  Following the game, upload game sheets and enter major penalty information just as you would for regular season games.

We only require game roster information and major penalties for CDLA teams. 

 

Tournament or Game Travel Outside of Alberta

All teams that travel outside Alberta shall complete and submit the necessary Request for Travel Authorization form and fee of $150 and $250 bond cheque to the ALA office. The completed Travel Authorization Request form must be submitted to the ALA Office a minimum of 15 days prior to the departure date. A non- refundable late filing fee of $150.00 may apply to all teams failing to file the travel permit on time.

 

International Travel Form

International travel forms must be filled out by every coach taking a team outside Canada and signed by the Alberta Lacrosse Association (Appendix 25-30). All completed International Travel forms can be sent to admin@lacrosse.ca
